I have a JDM FD RX-7 and it won't start. It will turn over just fine and every once in a while catch but it wont fully fire up. I also have a fuel leak on the driver side. The strange thing about that is my fuel is a milky color. I Pulled the upper intake manifold along with the rats nest and checked for leaks but every was fine. I even converted over to a adjustable FPS and verified that I had 38psi of fuel pressure. Their was no leaks on the top side anywhere. I AM suspecting the lower intake manifold gasket because when I did the de-flood process. (Pulled leading plugs, efi fuse, turned over for 10 sec) the fuel coming of the plug holes was the same color as the fuel leaking on the driver (JDM) side.

Im thinking it is a stuck injector
