Is it doing this? *Warning, language*

Mine was doing this. I replaced a solenoid, which fixed it.

Other things you can check:
  • Throttle Position Sensor
  • Spark Plugs
  • Fuel filter & injectors

No it starts normal the problem starts when it heats up to normal temp it idels between 1000-1500rpm but someone else on a thread told me it could be my tps and to adjust it so far it seemed like it works but idels at 1000rpm but steady but not sure if that's still to high plus I think the o2s and air idel control valve were bypassed and not sure if that has to do with the problem also someone did tell me to get a o2s

Bypassed idle control valve explain mostly the high idle issue and sputtering could be due to the o2s since the ecu is not registering them

the o2 sensor won't affect your idle. HOW did you adjust the tps? The FSM also has a section of resetting the idle on these cars and it works great, got mine at a rock solid 750

BUt, if yours bounces any, you NEED to check for vacuum leaks first and foremost
