Ok so I just bought this FC and the steering wheel is off, the car drives alright but it kinda tics me off is this simple or am i looking at some damage to the rack and pinion?

 

Does it pull to the left or right? If it doesn't, you can just remove the wheel, and adjust it a few teeth. Someone may have removed the wheel and re-installed it incorrectly. If it does pull, you should get an alignment.

 

It doesn't pull but i think that it steers more to the left i dint know.
I'll take the wheel of and put it on properly hope that does it

I would have a four-wheel alignment done, especially if you've got some decent tires on it. The shop I go to only charges me around $65.
Once you're confident of that it's tracking straight (including thrust angle) then correct the steering wheel.
