Loud sound from dash
so my 91’ Fc s5 has this loud blaring sound coming from the dash, and it sometimes turns off. I also know my coolant seals are bad so could it be the car telling me that my cars overheating?

YES!
Have you checked your coolant level? On the FD there is a low coolant level buzzer accompanied by a red light on the temp gauge. It’s designed to be annoying. A coolant seal failure can lead to loss of coolant even if it's not making a puddle on the floor. Over-heating the vehicle can increase the cost of overhauling the engine. Let the car cool off completely and don't run the engine until you're certain the engine isn't overheating due to low coolant levels. In any event, don't take too long to have the coolant seal failure fixed as it will cause corrosion and pitting in the end and intermediate plates (irons) and render them junk.
