Did you do what I suggested by checking the Canadian forum? This has been discussed many times. Just search that forum for "import". There may even be threads on page 1 or two currently open.

Japan Power Inc
TyeeImports
Terra2Imports
I personally dealt with Japan Power and talked to the owner for a while and have had no problems nor have about a dozen friends who have purchased everything from EVO's to Skylines and RX-7s right to Silvia's
I have heard of one thing and it was a front clip mix up but it was dealt with as far as I know..
TyeeImports reply quick and have good customer support it appears but some of there descriptions are misleading and not to accurate besides that everything is good with them.
Terra2Imports I have never dealt with at all but I listed them as a third options..theres a few others out there also I'm sure you can find...
