Lookin for some help

Hey so I'm new here and just came into an 86 rx7 non turbo. I was told if I can fix it I can have it and I've ran into a problem while I was putting it back together, there are 4 lines that I think connect to some solenoid valves and they are 10 mm banjo bolts but can't seem to find that particular bolt anywhere for the car and I don't really want to buy the wrong bolt put it in then it screws the car up, ideas?

There are some small banjo fittings that go on the lines coming out of the metering oil pump at the front right lower part of the engine. There also could be some larger ones in between the fuel rails. Those are the only ones that I can think of off hand.

if it's the bolts ur needing, check to see if they were screwed back into the omp. i do that alot to keep up with nuts and bolts rather than putting them all in a can or box and have to figure out later where they go. otherwise u can check local junk yards or post a want to buy in the se section. someone near u may have some spares.

Ok, so it's the bolts that go through the banjo fittings? If so, you should be able to buy them at a parts store if you know the bolt size, thread pitch, and length.

Maybe somebody knows the thread pitch and will post it up? It could be a 1.5 thread but not sure. There are a lot of 10mm, 1.5 threads on Rx-7s.

If not you can get a thread pitch gauge and measure the threads in the holes and calculate the length needed.

Also, if you don't have the copper washers get 2 per banjo fitting. One to go on each side of them to seal them.

its definitly the oil lines you discribed and i would try a junk yard first, and if you have to plug them for any reason, then premixing 2-stroke and gas is going to be a must for your car, and just make sure you get the right stuff , like one that does not clogg the fule injectors

You can also order the metering oil lines and banjo bolts directly from Mazda. The bolts are a few dollars each, the lines about $20 each.
