FL Interior Electrical Noise

Help! I am the original owner of a 1985 RX-7S with 182K miles. The car is all original, with the exception of the AM/FM radio which I replaced several years ago after the original analog stereo sound became unmanageable (I saved the original). The exterior is clean, paint looks good, interior is in great shape. While it is not a showroom car, it turns heads and generates discussion when I drive it in town. My point is I have maintained the vehicle its entire life. My problem is an interior electrical issue that has been slowly getting worse for some time. The car sounds as if it has a stuck relay in the wiring someplace. It appears to be on the 10a circuit that carries the hazard warnings, radio, power antenna, and clock. I have removed the radio and clock to eliminate them as the cause. The sound appears to originate behind the right side of the instrument cluster. Manuals I have do not show any electrical components in that location. It should be noted that the manual I have is very old and not exactly accurate since it covers the entire first generation of vehicles. Everything on the car functions correctly. All gauges function, all controls work fine, mechanically it runs great. It just makes this high pitch electrical buzz that I can’t locate and fix.Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this and how I might solve the problem? I can remove the 10a fuse to the circuit in question and the noise goes away and everything works fine with the exception of the hazards, clock, radio, and power antenna. I am not a mechanic or an electrician. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
