If the car is getting hot at stop lights you had better figure it out quick. Rotary motors don't like overheating. I would park it until I figured it out. Fan clutches do go bad, sounds like a good place to start Depending on the mileage I would change the water pump, thermostat, and fan clutch. Alternatively you cold replace with an electric fan.

You english is great! Welcome to the forum.

Put a thermostat in the car. The Mazda system is a bypass system. Not having a thermostat means you are loosing about 20% of your cooling capacity.

As for e-fans:

A used clutch fan is cheap and bolts right on, but it may also be bad.

An e-fan will do the job but is more complicated to set up.

You have not bought this car yet? Make the current owner fix it before you buy.
