Ignition / Fuse Problem?

Hello! My name is Tristan and i just got my first 1988 FC RX7 with a 13bna motor. I've been driving it for about a 2 weeks now and the motor seems to be strong since i did trade my 92' LS400 for this FC. Everything seems to be fairly good, no leaks or anything like that, but it will stutter a little bit driving at about 3-4000 rpms.
I'm very new to rotaries and i was thinking it could be bad fuel injectors?
I'm also having an issue regarding the ignition start. It needs to be bump started to drive, but when i try to turn the car off, the key is NOT able to come off but engine is still running. I don't know if it has to do something with the ignition starter, a bad fuse, or a bad fuel pump? If anyone could help me that would be awesome!

Lots of relevant troubleshooting information in this thread...

This symptom has happened several time in the past over the last 30+ years, this particular thread started last week. I have posted some information and linked other threads. If you use the search function you will find several threads detailing things you can try.

If you’re lucky it’s just the ignition switch going bad. Meter the starter wire directly at the ignition switch and see if you measure any voltage in the START position. When you remove the key unplug the ignition switch connectors and see if that shuts the car off.
