Check for vacuum leaks.

Test compression.

Clean BAC/IAC.

you can also check for spark on all four plugs to make sure its not a coil problem. check fuel pressure if the other suggestions dont work. check the voltage on your tps and compare to spec. stuck injector maybe? use a quick probe. check the fsm for a diagnostic list. coolant temp sensor was one of my problems.

Check that BAC connector. I had same problem when that BAC isn't working at all, and more obvious when I turn on my AC rpm will drop till it die.

This is a good list.

I would also change spark plugs (FDs eat plugs pretty fast) and check the ECU for codes.

Then look up the code in the FSM. In the back of section F you'll find a symptom/fault chart to show if any codes you find are known for causing idle problems.

If you get through all that and still nothing wrong, adjust your idle and adjust your TPS.
