New Rotary owner here so please no attackers. I just bought a second gen and I have a few questions. The guy I bought it from had another black second gen on drags and with a heavily modified 13b plus a huge turbo. He told me he had just recently rebuilt the engine on the one I bought. (Guy seems like he knows what his doing).

Anyway, he said that I can boost up mines to 14lbs on the stock turbo without a problem. Here are my concerns I have white smoke at start up until warm temp read up and saw that it might be coolant seals? But sometimes it'll be blue smoke and my pipes drip small water drops if it smokes white so I'm assuming condensation I'm in Miami so temps here are never steady. The car has a semi rough idle at warm up and then it stays steady at 900rpm without a jump or hitch.

Today I floored it for the first time all the way to 3rd gear, came home parked it and idled it some blue smoke came out and left is this normal?

Back to the first question can I really boost to 14lbs? I was thinking maybe 10 or 12 just to be safe until I learn a little more about them.
