It depends on whether round fish plot is a winning kangaroo coach.

my head is still spinning as to what the question is here. you already have a holley but you have STARTING ISSUES. so the question now i assume is why the car won't start.. in which case there is the 3 basics: fuel, ignition and compression.

spray carb cleaner in the intake and try to start it, if it does then your ignition and compression should be ok. test ignition with a timing light while cranking the engine, and compression by searching the proper method of testing it. if the other 2 come out fine then your carb may be crapped up and need to be serviced, or pump took a dump from sitting, or gas in the tank rotten, etc, etc, etc.

if you just rebuilt the engine start with a compression test or pull start it. reusing marginal or severly worn components will result in difficult starts for quite some time.

clean the plugs again and hold the idle up until you can get an idea if it will idle on its own.

Webber carb any day for me.
Easy to tune and jets are easily accessible with the wing nut
