Hello every one!

Im here trying to build a 93 rx7 with a 94 13b and a large single turbo that came in boxes literally.

Today i I was putting in my cjm fuel rails and I noticed two lines coming off the back of my lower intake manifold and one is cut and the other has a bolt in it. What are they for and can I just block them off?
