Help identifying my 13b

Hey folks, sorry for being a newbie but hope you can help to identify my engine.

13b came with hitachi carb and points type disty, trying to decide do i use this or my 12a elford in my S3 RX7

Any help much appreciated

76 to 77 Cosmo or RX-4 with automatic trans.

You can use that engine but lots of stuff needs to happen. Lots of stuff.

that's fantastic when you say lots needs to happen what do you mean?

I looked through exhaust ports and it looks like the rotors apex seals look ok, not that I really know anything about it. Turns nice and smooth. Etc
