You can try a screw extractor.

ok so i went out and bought a new screw extractor from napa autoparts and the stupid thing broke inside the other screw worst 3 bucks i ever spent lol

so now i bought a different kit for 13 bucks its to drill a small hole in the center then a bigger one and bigger one until i make the hole big enough for the pressure sensor to fit and if that don't work i'm going to take it to havana machine here in co i'm not sure if you guys have the same thing in your state but now my question is can i try something else?

Stop, and have a machine shop do it. Trust me on this. A friend went through a similar problem. After trying extraction, welding, welding again, welding again, the engine had to be disassembled. All the work on the oil passage had restricted it, also necessitating bearing replacements.

Have a machine shop do the job. They have the tools.

hey aaron so i went to the machine shop even though the guy knew nothing about rotary he said he would charge me 40 bucks which is not bad but he wants me to disassemble the whole engine so now my question is if the engine is disassembled does it require another rebuild if one was done not to long ago or what WILL have to be replaced or purchased due to an engine disassemble even though compression is good and everything?

No! Hell no! Don't disassemble the engine! Especially on advice from someone charging only R$40 who doesn't know a thing about the rotary.

Run, don't walk, to another machine shop.

Definitely do not disassemble the engine just to get the broken sender out.

this should be sticky:
how to fix broken sender (like a man)

tools / parts list
1 357 magnum
2 gun shells
rubber band
gloves
beer
new/used sender
mighty putty (very important)

directions
- chug beer
- put on gloves (fingerprints not your friend)
- load gun
- aim directly at the broken sender stuck in the block
- if you have a hard time aiming use the rubber band to poke one eye out to see better with the other eye
- ready aim fire!!
- you missed right ( its ok common for noobs thats why u get 2 shells
- ready aim fire!!!
-there should be a new hole in your engine exactly where the cender goes
-but now you have another hole on the other side this is where the mighty putty comes in use plug it up and your good to go

disclaimer: don't do it lol

i had the same problem with my temp sender it broke when i was tightening it(over tightening) and snapped. i was lucky enough to ave been given one of those screw extrator things from the tv. it only has 3 sizes and worked like a charm. just used a little racheting screwdriver and alot of elbow grease and it came right out. maybe this helps maybe not but better than a new engine like they suggest.
