well white smoke could be coolant do you have a problem with loosing water, it will also hurt the starting.

You need to provide more information to get more help.

It's could also just be the fact that it's January, and it's cold out w/ high humidity. Same thing happens when you can "see your breath" when breathing outside in cold weather.
