I don't know of a reason you can't do it, as long as you find you can control the boost.

First, you need to know what boost your fuel system can support, maximum. Second, make sure your tune covers this range of fuel maps. Third, make sure your boost never exceeds the maximum boost. Fourth, ensure your cooling system (both oil and water) can keep temperatures in control.

With these conditions met, you're in generally good shape.
