Fluids on a rotary?
Okay everyone i have a question and cant find it anywhere its like looking for a needle in a haystack. I am wondering with a rotary can you put those fluids in your oil like engine restore and seafoam and what not. I want to try and do my best on restoring the seals in my engine before i ever run it hard it was sitting up for four years. So thats the dilemma I am in now. My car runs I just want to get the seals better. Another question is is there anything you can put in the coolant to restore the coolant seals?

NO. And the same goes for every engine, rotary or not. Those "fluids" are generally nothing more but a waste of money, and have very limited usefulness.
Note that most of the "gasket seal" products just swell up gaskets. A temporary fix at best, and will lead to larger leaks once the stuff is flushed away in a couple oil changes.
If your car was sitting around for 4 years, then there is a significant amount of work that will need to be done:

Well after countless hours of reading I have come to terms that it may be the oil seals. And the turbo itself has little to no shaft play and it spools just fine. And I have some prior knowledge of turbos that it doesn't seem like it. But I'm just gonna drive it on occasions and wait til I get the money to swap in a j-spec engine.

^^ this is so much fun, Ill usually seafoam the engine annually and steam clean every six months and throw a can of seafoam in the gas tank since everything up here has a stupid amount of ethanol unless you want to pay out the nose for the good stuff
