WA Flooding problem

okay. i own an 86 n/a rx7. it has about 129k on it. its a giant piece of crap. it floods itself everytime i shut the car off. although ive heard all rotarys do that after a while. and i also understand that they wont deflood themselves. the gas wont decipate. so i have to do the fuse pull thing and pull the egi comp fuse and crank for 20 secs and repeat until the car finally starts obviously with the fuse replaced. this wore the **** outta my starter which is now officially done and my car is outta commission until i get one. i just desperately wanna know how to stop this from happening. any help? oh and i wanna know if the s5 tailights fit directly on the s4's without any altering.

pls and thanks for any help,
ryne

Check compression.
Have the fuel injectors professionally cleaned.
Verify proper operation of the Water Thermo Sensor; see the procedure and specs in the FSM.
Install a 'hot start' switch; a momentary contact pushbutton connected to a relay which will cut power either to the injectors or to the fuel pump when it is pressed. This allows you to deflood the engine from the cockpit without pulling the EGI fuse. If you want to do it right, wire it up so that it is only active while the start circuit is engaged; that way you can't accidentally cut off the engine will it is running normally.

Leaking injectors dribbling gas after shutdown. As suggested above, send them out for cleaning/rebuild/replacement and you should be all set...

Okay. So how many injectors are there and where are they? And would it help to first try just replacing the o rings and seals on my own? And I was wonderin if u thought cutting the fuel pump everytime I shut the car down would help prevent flooding. If so is there a fuse to pull that will cut the fuel pump and where is it?

there is four injectors 2 primary and 2 secondary, located both on and below upper intake manifold. the o rings on the injectors is not the same kind of leak you probably have they need to be cleaned of debris/carbon internally. so they should be taken somewhere. as for the tail lights they are not a exact bolt on but with minimum work they will fit, you have to bend or cut a little bit of metal around the reverse light b/c on s5 tails the reverse lights are angled.... hope it all helps

okay well i can only find the two injectors. that are on the top. and someone said that the secondary injectors are bigger? so the two on top im guessing are the primary becuz they are red which is supposed to be the stock 460cc injectors. but for the love of me i cant find the other two. and also i found in a repair book that these also run two different sized spark plugs. so i got the two sizes but idk which ones the bigger ones are supposed to go in. and then i also need to know which coils hook up to which spark plugs then. and i know this is a lot so bear with me. my car is just a giant piece of ****. i was trying to start my car and realized one of my injectors was spittin gas a lil. the o ring was all sorts of torn up. so i got a new one and replaced it. idk if that coulda had anything to do with the flooding? but yeah if theres anyone in the spokane washington area thats willing to drive a ways to come and try to help me with all this **** that knows what there doing it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance for any help and once again sorry i have so many damned problems.
