Fd3s help please!

Hello everyone, I am extremely new to this scene. Let me start by telling you how I obtained my RX-7. Over the last couple months a very good family friend of mine and his wife have been settling a nasty separation. He is not a legal citizen and his wife took him to the cleaners getting two houses and his restaurant. All he had left was his beloved RX-7. On top of everything else he was being deported out of canada back to thai land. Before he left he offered to sell me his car so his wife could not get her hands on it. He gave been what I believe to be a sweet deal and now I am here asking the community if they are able to tell me by looking at some pictures if/or what modes have been done to the car. Also what the gadgets in the car are/do. I know this is a lot to ask but I have no other options. The car seems to run fine. When I drive the car for a bit and park and take the key out the car starts some sort of timer and shuts off automatically. I know my friend was into the whole drifting scene. Thank you for reading and any information will be appreciated!

The car is a 1992-1993 RX-7 FD3S
Has 46 000 KM on it and is the TT model
I am unsure of the gadgets in the car
THANKS AGAiN!

lol, you capitalized on a nasty divorce and impending deportation by getting a "sweet deal" from a "good family friend" on a car you didn't need or know anything about?
With all his bad fortune at least he was lucky to have your friendship.
It's a RHD model.

Thanks streettweaked your input helped a ton! Also yah Sgtblue about 5 years ago he first showed me pictures of this car and I had no real clue what it was. I am now 20 and grateful of this opportunity however I am also upset about the situation in which I obtained this car. Anyways any more info will be greatly appreciated! More so about the gadgets inside the car and any specifics of anything else!

wow RHD, roll cage, front mount intercooler, nice intake set up, sway bars, and looks like a MazdaSpeed wing. This car has some change put in it. STEAL!!!! Check you radiator, I had fans on my old Sentra SER to help cooling even after shut off. So it could be a turbo timer which you said it was not but it also might be the fans on the radiator which is really nice to have. I am guessing he did that for the fact a Front mount kit is not recommend for this type of car for the fact the air has more piping to get though and heats up due to the motor is next to all the piping hence the reason for the radiator fans to run after the car is off.

Besides what has already been mentioned and obvious changes, I don't see anything. Nice car.

be sure not to let the oil get black its a rotary engine also they do tend to burn off oil so be shure to check it every 1000 miles
