spark plugs.

I just changed the spark plugs in my 88 rx7 GTU. Found out that whoever changed them last put only trailing plugs in. Will this have caused any kind of damage?

what type of spark plugs you guys use? (number and brand)

i uses Greddy 11 or NGK 115 all day, whether its on the road or on the track.
