I’m have a 1993 base FD3S right hand drive and up until recently everything was working until I spun out. I kissed the guard rail a bit and now I’m trying to get it fixed and the damages aren’t too bad. I live in Japan so I don’t have too many connections on parts or how to fix it. I know that the oil cooler for one of the turbos is fucked and the driver side tire rod. The back driver side is a bit fucked and I know that I might need to cut and reshape or reshape over the fender. If anyone has suggestions or can help in anyway it is much appreciated. I am still taking stuff apart to see what needs replacing

Welcome to the club. I have the Japanese parts catalogs here if you get stuck on something. Due to misinformation over 20+ years, things can get a but murky on anything originally sold in Japan. This is why I tend to intervene as I read Japanese semi-natively at this point and have a much greater understanding of the nuances of Japanese market FDs than most others. For example, Version 1 and 2 (akin to US model 1993-94) had an optional telephone from NTT DoCoMo. The system was carried over from the Eunos Cosmo and only sold in Japan. Also, their TWS Units (AKA CPU 1 and 2) were a bit more fully-optioned than later ones too.
For this reason, the first step I would suggest is a Build Sheet for your FD, to properly understand what you are starting with, and by logical extension, what was changed after the car was built. I do this to help everyone out in addressing their cars correctly from the first opportunity. And it makes finding the correct parts a TON easier too. Just send me your VIN and we'll get you squared away.
