CO the FD revival (please help)Dash install.

Hello everyone, I have a nice 93 that i picked up. But I need a ton of help and will be asking a lot of questions till its done. Just to note this is my first rx7 so everything is new (alot diff. than my eclipse)

So the first thing i want to do is get my dash back in to the car, and need to know (i could not find) if there is a good write up on how to put it back in and if not can you please tell me how to do it

thank you

I've never personally seen a how-to thread on a dash re-install. The only suggestion I have is going to the 3rd Gen. Stickys and download a copy of the Factory Service Manual and/or find a downloadable version of the 93 wiring diagrams.

I pulled the dash in my FD in the parking lot using the factory manual and I didn't have any issues with it. Only thing I recommend that I had come up was to pull the A-pillar trim pieces as I ended up with a small tear pulling the dash out through the door. All the little sheet metal brackets can wreak havoc if you let them.1

It's been awhile since I had it out so I can't really help you with the pictures but the manual has all the mounting points in it.

Easiest way to track that down will be to go through the common connectors list at the end of the wiring diagram listed above.
