fd oil metering pump??
what sup guys, just bought a 93 r1 that was torn apart previous owner was going to do the sequential to twin turbo mod. well we put it all togheter and it runs amazing but now when i hit boost or try to, my car back fires and sputters.
i was told the car was in limp mode. and that its either my knock snensor(dont know where its at)
or that its my oil metering pump(also could not find it)
we looked to see if it was unplugged. we have premix in teh car so running it was not a problem. but when we unhooked the car from battery, and hooked it back im and drove it, first gear would hit boost perfectly
second would sputter a lil bit
3rd was good
and then the engine light came back one
has anybody had this problem, or can anyone help me try find the omp ? or plug for it?
i printed off wiring diagrams and all but i just cant find the plugs for the omp.
any help is apriciated

So, if I read this correctly, you re-routed the vacuum system from stock sequential to non-sequential?
What steps did you follow to do that?
And you are trying to run it on the stock ECU?
The 3rd gen FAQ thread has a link to info on how to read the codes. Might want to do that. I doubt its the OMP. I'm pretty certain it was something you did working on the car.

actually my opm was shot. the codes read a 20(which is omp is either not connected or messed up).. and i followed
rotary resurrection.com guide there are 3 on here that i found and followed them all at teh same time and everything is hooked up perfectly. i ordered a omp off of here. and hoping it will be here asap
