Engine sound question

Ok so there's nothing wrong I think but when I'm driving the engine sounds like it has a turbo when it doesn't. Is that the normal rotary engine sound?

you may have a bent exhaust tip or a cone filter. Personally to me, a nonturbo rotary engine sounds more like a weed eater as you climb the revs.

Not really sure what else to say without knowing more about the car in question.

take a vid so we can hear this. could be bearings in the water pump. easy way to test this is remove the belts and start it. if the sound goes away, spin the different pulleys by hand to see which one is making the noise.
