Engine shake
Hey Guys,
Just bought an fd and it sat for like 12 years. Just got it up and running yesterday and it ran a little rough at first, The engine eventually settles down but still has a little vibration to it. its subtle but its there. I changed the gas, oil and spark plugs. Nothing is jumping with my rpms. Oil pressure is perfect and the is cooling wonderfully.
also when I turn the ac on it gets a little more shacky but settles better than with it off.
what do you guys think?
I need help

Could be a lot of things. What plugs, what gas? Dirty injectors, IAC ...a lot of things. If you download the FSM pretty sure there’s some troubleshooting guides.
Probably unrelated to rough idle but fuel filter and coolant also need to be changed ASAP after sitting that long. Put some GOOD injector cleaner in it and drive it some but stay out of hard boost, especially if there’s any old gas left and that filter.
