i really doubt it has anything to do with your oil and from your description i don't think i can help you.. but it should not be your oil causing your engine to backfire.

It is very difficult to figure out what you are trying to say. It helps us a lot if you can write in complete sentences that are grammatically correct with proper spelling. As near as I can tell from what you wrote, you are having a problem of backfiring? What other symptoms is the engine exhibiting?

Well i just checked my spark plugs and they were heavely blackened, so i cleaned them off and put them back in. The car seems to be running ok now but is running really ritch. I have 700 miles on this engine, could it be a bad break in process?

The engine will have weak compression for the first thousand or so (sometimes longer) miles after it is rebuilt. Put in a new set of plugs and then give it some time. Drive following proper breakin procedures.
