Its difficult to tell. I would start by cleaning the area with brake clean and running the engine and see if the leak reappears. UV dyr can also be added to the oil to aid in locating the leak.
You may have a leaking oil metering pump, one of the lines could be seeping or it could very well be the front cover gasket.

Thats the oil metering pump. It should not leak out of the area you have circled but anything is possible. Instill recommend thoroughly cleaning the area and running it to see if the leak reappears in the area you suspect. Often times we see more than one leak here. The front cover can leak and the fan blows the leaking oil back onto the oil metering pump and exhaust manifold. Over time it can produce a coating like you have there.
The omp likes can start weeping from the rubber where they connect to the pump. I have seen the rubber become soft and a split forms and oil begins seeping out.
