ECU Chip. IC604

So I found this chip in my ECU. It's for IC604. I think its aftermarket because the solder points on the back are jacked up compared to the rest of the board. Can anyone identify this chip?

Put the label back on!

That is an EPROM. Exposing the window to UV light will erase the chip. It takes intense UV to do it immediately, but low level UV will erase the chip over time.

That does indeed look like an aftermarket ROM.

Several companies have produced them and some still do. Honestly the names of these companies escape me. Might be able to identify by googing the part number on the paper label.

Those solder joints look fine. A bit messy with the flux (they should have cleaned it) but otherwise fine.
