Jspec ECU identification
Just picked up a jspec swap for the car, I finally managed to get it unloaded and took a look at the ECU.
I cant tell what ecu it is exactly, as it has worn off. I'm imagining since its a S5 Jspec, its N374.
I opened it up, and Nothing on the PCB board stuck out, no indications of a chip or an upgrade. However, this one did draw my attention:
Mostly all of the chips seem normal. However, one in particular in the bottom has what looks like a more recent labeling placed on it.
Here is that chip up close. If you look, it seems that that label with the numbering was placed over a label that was already present.Ive seen other N374s with this, but I wasn't sure entirely what it was referencing.
Written on the outside of the ECU cover..not sure if this means much.
