Draw Through turbo!!!

I am learning that a stock S4 Turbo (RX7) may have a carbon seal built in it. Does that mean the turbo will work for a draw through system (carbureted) with out having problems with sucking oil under vacuum??? Please if anyone has knowledge about the parts of a Stock S4 turbo and draw through system post your info, thank you...

i don't mind admitting that your question actually caused me to do a little research. it really interested me though. any particular reason you decided on a draw-through system?

so your concern is sucking oil under vacuum and my gut tells me it probably won't be a problem with the S4 turbocharger, but that's neither here nor there.

by the way, yes, the turbo does have a carbon seal.

Having multiple options for my build allows me to change to suit. If I could do a draw through, it would make certain options allowable to me as I am fabricating a lot of what I need. I would like to minimize the overall size of the engine (plus comonents) to have max space in my engine compartment. Also turbo charging = more power on demand and eaisier exhaust (quieter).
