88 GTU idle problems
Hello, I have a 1988 S4 n/a rx7. My father and I just finished up some recent work including full fluid change, oil pan gasket, spark plugs, new fuel filter, removed the rotted out exhaust for a header, cat delete to a Corksport 2.5" catback exhaust system( I had not hooked up a split air pipe yet).
It had not run in 4 months but started right up on the first try. once it started warming up a little the idle would dip, go back up and dip etc. I made sure i had the wires on the right plugs, leading on bottom, trailing on top. I went by:
T1 T2
L1 L2...with the the 1 being in front by the radiator and the 2 by the firewall.
I'm just wondering if i messed something up, or what can I check? I suspect fuel, but I'm the new guy. Thanks, appreciate it in advance!

Satch, could you get into a little more detail with the TPS or maybe point me in the direction of some good info?
It'd be greatly appreciated as I'm still a little unsure on what to do

The sensor is at the front of the throttlebody. It has three wires w/one of them being Green/Red. After the car has been driven for 30 minutes or so you then test the voltage on the G/R wire w/key to on and the voltage reading should be 1 volt DC using a voltmeter. If it isn't one volt, there is a one inch screw encased in a spring right near the sensor which is used to set the voltage.
