Cranks but won't start

My 86 rx7 gxl won't start, I got it to crank but won't start, it seems like it want's to but doesn't. I changed plugs on it also. I also smell fuel, any suggestions thanks

Probably flooded. There's a bunch threads that explain the deflood procedure here. You should be good to go after you do this procedure .
