Car Bucking/shaking

Good Morning,

My car recently started throwing temper tantrums anywhere 2500 RPM's or below. I noticed my ground on the battery terminal was loose, I tightened it and it helped a lot.
So next I found every grounding spot I could and took a dremel to the contact surface to ensure good contact.

Still, the car was bucking badly on low rpm deceleration. So I tested out my TPS, specs were way off. I adjusted it to the correct specs and voila car is happy again...or so it seemed. DUN DUN DUNNNNN
All is good with little to no electrical load, soon as I need my headlights the bucking comes back with a vengeance. So I kind of fixed it as long as I don't stay out past my curfew lol.

Just thought Id share some heartache.

You should verify that the battery cables have a clean contact surface on the battery, if they look suspect, replace them. Also might not be a bad idea to get the alternator load tested.

Good idea, it doesn't bother me too much I really only drive during the day anyways. But if its the alternator on the way out I would definitely like to catch that early lol.

Thanks,
