car shaking while driving(part 2)

Well there has been a problem with the 84 gsl shaking while you drive it along the 3k to 4k rpm area. I thought that this only happened when the car was driven but last night I turned on the car to move it from the garage. I noticed that even at idle when I rev toward the 3k mark and above the car shakes. I am thinking that it is the motor mounts. I had posted this problem before but I thought it only happened when the car was moving. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks.

The same happened when I put a rebuilt engine in my 82. Was getting vibration at about 4000 moving or parked.

I replaced the transmission and motor mounts and it went away.
