There is oil on the outside of the compressor housing? Or on the inside?

The brake booster is unrelated to the turbo or oil for that matter.

the oil is on the outside along the silcone or whatever little straight pipe that conects the turbo to the intercooler. i took off my emisons as well if that helps. i didnt know if it was possible or not i read somewhere that it could get pressurized if the emissions delete was not done right...but i have no clue maybe it was something else.
