CA bizzare oil smoke/ loss s4TII

Hey guys im starting to smoke again out of my exahust again i just had my turbo rebuilt 300 or so miles ago. i dont think its the turbo but heres what i know. i know i have a bad oil return gasket i was dumb and used a cork one but i have oil along the top of the turbo( cant think of name, but the opening that goes to the stock top mount IC. could my brake booster be causing this? anyhelp would be helpful. thanks guys

There is oil on the outside of the compressor housing? Or on the inside?

The brake booster is unrelated to the turbo or oil for that matter.

the oil is on the outside along the silcone or whatever little straight pipe that conects the turbo to the intercooler. i took off my emisons as well if that helps. i didnt know if it was possible or not i read somewhere that it could get pressurized if the emissions delete was not done right...but i have no clue maybe it was something else.
