would like to know wts the most power can get out of the car on stock twins in the FD Auto?

This. And of course turning up the boost increases hp. But you need supporting mods before doing that, not the least of which includes a standalone ECU. And twins run out of efficiency much past about 12 psi and begin making as much heat as pressure. I'm not certain on numbers.
