backfiring oil outa intake

hey, so i was driving up a hill and i got a small oil leak and my car was on low oil( shouldn't make a differnce) and it started bogging to the point where i had no power, then it was backfireing when i was just cranking over. it backfires like crazy outa the carb and exaust, shooting oil out of the carb like a rocket. it takes aobut 20 seconds to hit high rpms in NEUTRAL (i dont think its even high rpms)... lol i cant drive anywhre cause its got bout 3 horsepower it wont even go if i drop the clutch at 9 grand. so i think sometihng is up(all happened after a seamfoam)
anyone got any suggestions?

It sounds really rough as if a belt is griding inside on the rotor. i was told plugged cat? im going to take out my cat and try but im not sure what else ?

Make sure that you have spark on all spark plugs. Sounds like you are having a timing issue of some sort. What year car is it?

slow to rev, sounds like it's running on one rotor.

Can carbon cleaning your engine clog up your cat? Absolutely.

Will a clogged cat exhibit all the problems you described? Not in my experience but hey, you could be the first.
