Ok so I recently picked up a 83 FB and the car runs great and already had an aftermarket radio but it was pretty outdated. Figured it'd be an easy swap since the harness was already in place until I saw what was behind the cover. If anyone could give me any help on how to fix this cause as of right now the sound was only coming from the back two speaker.

Cconsidering that the only items weird up are switched 12v, constant 12v, ground and remote power (blue wire), I'm very surprized that it's putting out ANY sound at all as the four speaker wire pairs aren't wired up at all. What I saw taped together are the purple & purple/black, gray & gray/black and some others. Aftermarket stereo wire colors are basically standardized now, so tell us what else is in the taped bundle.

The main issue I have though is what they are spliced into..it seems they replaced some of the wires with generic red audio wire so now I can't tell where to even start for the F or R speakers let alone for the new radio to start up.
You're going to have to do some troubleshooting. I would remove all that new wiring. Then identify each spiced factory wire. Take a volt meter to each wire and determine if it it 12v constant, 12v switched. For those that are not 12v constant or switched, determine if they are ground or a speaker wire. Put you meter on the ohm setting and test for ground. Then expose each speaker and determine which wires go to them. Label everything as you do through this process.

I think that car was wired for an Aftermarket amp..it must be,as the speaker wires on the harness are not being used.
This leads me to believe that the RCA's on the deck were used.
Ok..here we go..
YELLOW is Battery..
RED is switched ignition.
Black is NEG
Blue is Remote amp switch power (runs to amp to turn it on and off from the deck)
Anything same color and then has a stripe is + and - for that speaker channel.
So 4 colors..4 channels.. (2)FR-FL.. (2)RR-RL
The solid color is positive while the one with the color AND the Stripe is the negative wire for that particular speaker.
White is left front speaker.
Grey is right front speaker.
Green is rear left speaker.
Violet is rear right speaker.
