After emmissions delete help

Hi everyone, I have an 87 turbo II and I just finished deleting all emissions. Well the car is running but not wanting to run below 2k rpms(according to the dash). Well it is also smoking too. It's sounds like my oil seals are bad but the smoke is white not a bluish color and it doesn't smell like coolant. But it's a good amount of smoke. I need help with the idling issues everything seems right but I have an exhaust leak on the hot side of the turbo and I can see the smoke from there and I am having sparks from the exhaust at the tail of the car. Need help anyone!?!?!?!?!?

It sounds like you overlooked something.
May be a vacuum leak.

I went by rotary resurections guide and I checked all vacuum leaks used rtv sealant and used the diagram I found on the forums. Runs great in boost. Just not in vacuum. I am wondering also on the smoke could it be the turbo? Because I hear sizzling on the turbo after running for a bit. But back on the actual topic the idling the only thing I could think is the rtv didn't seal right on top of the gaskets? Could the hose by the oil fill neck that I have venting under the car be sucking vacuum? And everything by the intake is either blocked off or ran to the uim. And by the way I'm running an N/A pressure sensor.

Keep the thermowax and BACV. The BACV is associated with idle functions, not emissions. Please, get yourself an N318 pressure sensor (S4 TII). Not the N/A pressure sensor. The sizzling on top of the turbo is most likely the coolant hardline that connects to the outside of the turbo. The flat side of that hardline that meets up with the LIM is most likely leaking and is probably not completely sealed. It has happened to me twice. That thing is kind of a pain in the ***.

Another thing... Search "crankcase ventilation" in the 2nd Generation RX-7 technical section. It is more than just a hose that vents atmospherically.

Make sure that the center iron nipple and the oil fill tube nipple are not blocked off.
They need venting. If not you run into problems.

Just about everything you did to your car recently has caused these issues.

Here... I will post this once again. If you decide you want your car to run better, you'll take my advice. ESPECIALLY when I say that you need an N318 boost (pressure) sensor.

I've frequently read those threads debating recirc/non-recirc crankcase venting options. I'm assuming you're a supporter of recirculating setups? Do you support it for the fact that it creates vacuum as opposed to a breather/vent to atmosphere?

Deletes the emmissons.

Removes uneccasary hard ware that is not needed if you don't need to pass emmissons.

A more specific answer to your question is to simplify the engine bay and eliminate numerous components which may fail and/or cause issue with efficiently maintaining the vehicle. For example, the dozens of vacuum lines associated with the emissions "rats nest" are often sources for vacuum leaks; by eliminating these you greatly reduce the potential for leaks.

Okay everyone I have an update I got it running and idling right today. I drove it for the first time. I drove it about five or six miles and then my throttle stuck at 4k and I didn't realize it so I pressed the throttle down and it went into boost. It started running real funny then just died and won't crank back up. It sounds different now when attempting to crank it smells like burning clutch.
