Your profile lists and S5. I'd add that to your signature so you don't forget and let those more familiar with your car answer...especially about injectors. But I think with NA, the best bang for your modification buck will be a header.
if your premise if that you're getting a "cold air intake" so you'll need more fuel, you're not going to need any. it's your car and your dime, so i'm not going to tell you NOT to get the intake, but i will say you could probably do just as well without it. in that vain, you could actually benefit from LESS fuel in your mixtures.
injectors:
have yours cleaned and refurbished. it is my opinion that for an N/A street car, the only injector "improvement" you can make is to spray pattern.
fuel pump:
as long as yours tests fine and you're not having any symptoms to suggest otherwise, use it until you need to change it.
i realize you didn't mention exhaust, but if the car has been brought back to at least a stock level of performance (and reliability), the exhaust is actually the place where you should start.
