Complete stupid noob question

Basically all I need to know if a flooded engine will still start when bump started, my car will refuse to start normally but will start easily with a bump. I don't know if I have a weak starter or other problems.

Yes it should start if bump started but if it's flooded I would pull the main fuel injection fuse (in the engine compartment) either push start it or turning it over by key for a short period of time then reinstall the fuse and it will start much easier, is the issue that it commonly floods or is the starter weak which allows/causes it to flood?

you should still try to evacuate the fuel from the chambers and dry the plugs before you push/pull start it.

Does your starter sound slow like your battery is dead; does it click a few times then start; how strong is battery?
Also I second not trying to start it until your plugs and chambers are evacuated.
