86 fc oil pressure problem

So I changed the clutch out because it was slipping and now my car jumps idle and the oil pressure gauge is reading 0 at all times

The oil pressure sender is probably disconnected. It is the mushroom shaped thing under the oil filter pedestal. A single wire (Yellow/Red I think) clips onto the T-shaped connector.

See 2nd gen FAQ for idle help. But there really shouldn't be any reason for you to have touched anything idle related when dropping the transmission.

Actually there is a condenser(looks like a hunk of Black Hash with a eyelet on it!) that is attached to one of the slave bolts.
If that is not hooked up you may get a Zero pressure reading.

Neither of my cars have had the condenser. It seems to be pretty common for them to go missing. The gauge still grounds through the sensor, but the condenser ground is supposed to smooth out the signal.
