NC steering wheel adapter hub question

I have an oppertunity to get a Nardi steering wheel at a great price. Do I have to get the Nardi adapter too or will an off brand hub adapter do fine. I guess my question is is there any difference in the performance?

You can use a Nardi Or Momo hub adapter to run your steering wheel.Just make sure that the number of screws matches the Hub and wheel(Six screws to the hub)..haha!...as the Grant style has only 5 screws to hold it to the Hub.
The hubs go for about 50-75 bucks, depending on where you get it..and you can buy a used one on the forum if you look in the Sec Gen parts for Sale section.

I really appreciate that! Thanks. But I was looking at the boss kits that run about $14. Will I be OK with one of those or will my performance be negatvely affected if I go that route. I got a new Nardi for $75, normally $295! Woo Hoo!

I don't know how Performance is gonna factor in a piece like this. Then again I may shiver at Ebay stuff.
Crappy parts may break, and that is why Guys on forum buy Name brand.
I wouldn't trust my life to a 20 dollar No Name hub, especially if I am giving it "the business" in an Auto X.

Boss hub sucks don't get it. Momo is the ideal option and it works very well with the NRG or WORKS BELL quick release. I had the boss hub and it was always loose and when i tried to tighten it my signal release cracked. I took the boss hub back and invested in a momo and never had an issue.

^sorry to add to that I could never get my steering wheel straight with the boss hub but the momo was perfect the first time.
