5th and 6th ports not opening

So I just bought a 89 GTU and it has been sitting for awhile and only has 50k miles on it and I noticed it didnt have much power up high in the revs so I checked the 5th and 6th port acctuactors and those worked fine but the the valve itself is stuck I was wondering if their is an easy fix to this or not?

Pull the upper/lower intake off and pull the sleeves and clean them. Reinstall and fixed

You will likely need to replace the fuel lines too when you reassemble the motor. If the existing lines are not new, they'll leak when you put them back. It's just the 2 lines on the secondary fuel rail, so you'll need about a foot of high pressure fuel injection hose.
