Just the transmission crossmember/mount. That needs to be from an S4 NA.

No, that's not what I said. The crossmember must match the transmission. You can't use an S5 crossmember with an S4 transmission. http://www.mazdatrix.com/g3.htm

Just to clear this up..Trans and cross member must be of the same year!
The s4 trans must have the s4 cross member to fit in either an s4 or s5 car.
the S5 trans must have the s5 Cross member to fit in an S4 or S5 car..
..see where Rotary Rocket was going now???

Yes, there is a difference. It's incredibly obvious from the link I provided to Mazdatrix. There are FIVE different crossmembers for a reason. If you stuck your existing crossmember, y-blocks and y-bracket on the new S5 transmission, you had an S5 transmission to begin with.

the cross member on an s4 tranny is different than the s5. hes saying u cant take an s4 tranny mount and attach it to an s5 tranny. bell housings are the same so they will bolt up to either engine.

Dude,no offence taken either, but just look at it like this:
you have 2 dogs. They look similar in color, breed.
.ONE has NO nuts,,but are they BOTH female?..(chuckle!)
The cars may be similar in Shape and Close in the their years of Manufacture But not everything is a straight swap.
Sec gen Achives and the Specific sections should be a Good Read.(grab coffee, snack, etc!)
If it wasn't for those sections my car would not be running for the last 6 years.
Enjoy,,STYX!~
