1991 fc 13b n/a loss of power.
Hi guys so I have a 1991 fc with a 13b n/a. The car starts fine and stay at a high idle of 2500-3000 and stays till I drive it. But once I drive it for about 5 to ten minuets the idle comes down to 800rpms. After it is warmed up I will be driving along and I will go from 5th gear (any gear) to neautral to come to a stop and the car will almost stall out (but doesn’t die). Then once I come to a complete stop the car idles at a low 300rpms. I don’t know what could be causing this.
The car is all stock too. please go easy this was actually really hard to explain in text forum lol.
I have replaced the tps and throttle body. I can’t find any vacuum leaks either.
What should i do next to figure this out?

I’m still trying to figure out how to adjust the tps and also what’s the best way to go about checking for a vacuum leak?

Smoke test or spaying carb clean around the engine is the two best ways to look for a vacuum leak
When it comes to adjusting the TPS, you need to go for a drive and get the engine HOT. then while its still running, take a voltmeter and put it on DC volts, and back probe the green/red wire (IIRC) and ground the other wire on your tester, and adjust it to 1V. The FSM shows to do it by resistance, but the ECU looks for voltage, so voltage is the better way

Update: I changed the bypass air control valve and then sprayed everywhere. There was no change in idle at all. The car is still losing power when taking it out of gear while driving. I haven’t adjusted the tps yet.
