I don't know how to fix this issue but maybe y'all could help!
Basically, The interior door handle opens the door but the exterior one doesn't! The exterior "Pull" rod seems to be unattached to what it needs to be. So my question is how exactly do you remove the unit inside the door ? Also maybe there's another solution I don't know about that is out there... ?
Pop the inside cover off. Two 10mm nuts secure the upper latch mechanism. Once those are removed you can pull the mechanism out a little to access the clips that secure the rods. It’s a little fiddley but intuitive.
