ive charged the battery and the parking lights turn on. but the shadow eyes wont flip up and the radio wont turn on either. anyone know what this could be. the car has been sitting for over 9000 years (3 years) so if anyone knows i will reward you with a cute picture of a cat or something

First thing, check all the fuses. There's a small box in the engine bay by the battery and another under the dash. It takes some patience, but I recommend pulling them all out and checking them with a multimeter. I've seen many fuses that looked great, but were blown.
